Year 2011 is coming to an end, year 2 sem 1 of Nie ended. Pfff time flies.

On a side note, time really really flies cos I see those guy friends of the same age as I am ord-ing alr! Could vividly remembered how much they feared and dreaded the arrival of their enlistment dates. Ivon's no exception hahah! Nevertheless, despite being in the later batch of enlistment, Ivon's gonna ord in another two months or so! (That calls for a celebration, I supposed.) Cannot wait for him to ord though! The real test of our relationship will only begins when he enter university..

Shall conclude my year with some interesting/amazing/better things I have done or have happened in this year. I have extremely bad memory but I shall try recalling some of them (in no order though).

Attended Nie camp as an OGL with my two nie sisters. First time having a camp in the NIE vicnity itself also!
Broke the nie laptop's screen and compensated $400 :(
Everything I liked is either expensive, unhealthy or addictive!! :(
Worked as event promoters in different products, seen the best and worse kind of customers totally. Realised how working in the services line can be so trying.
Also tried jobs that allow me to work from home, on assignment based. I helped to put advertisements up online for property agents hehehe!
Took up a couple of tuition jobs also!
Gained weight like all over, weight gain of at least 4kg after jc times.
So hard to lose weight and I just love eating! Metabolic rate no longer as fast as before, awww sad:(
Felt in love with the male lead of you are the apple of my eye! Sooo cutee!
Certain infatuation just die down...
Attempting to drive a car (new skill yaaa)
Paid for my new laptop whee.
My brother officially moved out of house.
Finally took time to clear my 10000 over emails. Delete delete and delete!
Went for first ever school experience. Woo I quite enjoyed the school experience and the kids were really not as bad as I thought and I also found my joy and beliefs in teaching.
Taught a normal acd class Chemistry and I'm glad the students like me hehe.
Calculus II was my favourite module ever since start of school! Like the lecturer and the tutor gave lots of help also.
Went into health supplements to strengthen brain, strengthen health. HAHAHA
Been really blur like sotong this year! Screwed up many things, like wrong submission of assignments, cannot save a M-file and other pathetic incidents (too many to name!)
Very very helpless about Computational Maths assignment this sem, cos know nothing about computing of codes. But really grateful got nice people like hj, benny, eric, sy, hx who helped me along the way. Didnt get a very fantastic grades for Compututional Maths though but I am contented with the grades :)
Cannot stand my thick and frizzy/dry hair noww! The question is should I cut short or let it continue to grow? Should I rebond/perm or just let it continue to die by tying it up? Envy girls with very long and healthy ponytail. I WANNA BE LIKE RAPUNZEL HAHA

Sick sick! Coughing, flu and sore throat always come together! Lots of virus within me. Finally it's a stay home Sunday:) Haven't had home-cooked dinner for like 2 weeks, all the oily heaty outside food is killing me!

Saturday was Lydia's bday cum bbq party with her family and friends. Hope she likes our handmake card although some mishaps happened during the making process! :p

Love wearing watches! Black big round simple watches are loved and I don't know why I would go for more unisex watches or those that are more boyish.

Nevertheless, still love the lacoste watch my beloved nie friends gave me for my bday though it's seriously quite overpriced. Glad it's something I would wear! :)

Went to the Asian Civilisation Museum with ivon! Lucky the heavy downpour stopped in time! We thought we had to call off the plan. Hahaha museum is FOC for students, teachers and ns man! A good place to visit if you are sick of doing the usuals like shopping/eating..

POST EXAM

Met up with the girls! Some pictures below :)

We went shopping for the whole day! Hahaha I think renee is the mega buyer then followed by me!

Had Jap Ramen for lunch in Taka! Some black pig ramen! It tasted surprisingly nice.

My skin complexion was bad that day srsly, pimple outbreak and bad hair day too :( Keke but glad that the photos we took couldnt tell!

Anyway, I love these pictures cos I think we look like sistas! <3 And why their face soo small one? :( I know I have extra fat cheeks!!

And then dinner at Paradise Dynasty. Highly recommended place though I have been there for couple of times already.

Food there is nice and reasonably priced( in fact considered cheap compared to other chinese restaurant out there.) The restaurant has nice decor and good services too!

They have the 7coloured xiaolongbao with assorted flavours. I prefer the original ones :D Their Chinese Ramen,similar style to those of the Jap ramen is a must try! The noodles is very smooth and soft and I love their soup!

Back to blogging! Shall start off with what I wanna share!

Watched 那些年，我們一起追的女孩! I know everyone is raving about the movie but I still want to say it's probability one of the best Chinese love movie I have ever watched and it's close to everyone's heart.

The male lead is soo handsome in the show!! :P But apparently, I dont quite like his style in his own mv.

I was so affected by the ending, the male lead should have got together with the female lead! The male lead is only 20 years old!

Nostalgic is sucha bitch, bet everyone who have watched the show is guility of indulging in memories. Those good old days indeed. Hurried years of growing up, years past by in the blink of an eye and what's left behind are bittersweet memories of what could have been.

On a side note, I missed my life as a student, missed wearing school uniform. I felt old, fear growing up as I hit my twenties. Irony in life indeed.

As usual,had an awesome time with this bunch of people:) Had Secret Recipe for dinner, then we used all the Frolick coupons we got from the camp to get yoghurt @ The Cathay. We practically hogged the place there by playing monopoly deal there since there was no one. Very funny people, we keep psychoing others to prevent ourselves from losing, all the reverse psychology thingy and all the stunts they did were hilarious.

Had tauhuey and youtiao for supper, HAPPY :D

Sad at the same time cos school's starting. I am still not readily, not mentally and physically prepared in all sense. EMO la. Gosh, played so much harder than I studied. But this holiday has been more fulfilling than ever.

Okay shall not mention any more times how fun and memorable this camp had been cos it's really beyond what I could write. It's just awesome.

Memorable cos the freshies are really nicee and sweet, some last speeches really make me have the feel to cry. Memorable cos I make special friends, and also strengthen friendship with my nie chopstick sisters :D

I really hope that the camp was longgerrr for both personal reasons and many other reasons like not wanting school to start and all. Personal reasons shall not mention then.

Back from FOC! With the very little amount of sleep I had, it was surprising I did not fall flat on the bed when I reached home.

In short, it was an awesome camp with awesome people! It was great working with the other ogls and the fellow freshies were very cooperative. Family head is very understanding and flexible too.

AND the best thing about the camp was also partly cos I got to be teamed with my gfs Renee and Lydia. Our first ever camp together! :D Look forward to more camps with them too!

Renee and I felt protected by the freshies especially freshies from Archilles. They treated us like princess; carried all the things for us, initiated cheers themselves and some even helped me clear the rubbish.

Ahah,wish that the camp could be longer actually! The 3D2N literally went by in the blink of an eye lo! Ultra sadness and nostalgic :(

Yeah officially ended attachments! Mixed feeling about leaving the sec school though. On one hand, I bid goodbye to working life and return to my role as a student enjoying the rest of my holidays while on the other hand, I felt sad about leaving the kids.

The school turned out alot better than I had thought in terms of their school management, organisations and even the students' conduct. The school was not as bad as many had said. I enjoyed my short stint there, the staffs were helpful and I am soo glad I had 2 other year 1 trainees with me, not so bored at least have someone to talk to and lunch with! (One of them is even my secondary schoolmates!) The other beginner teachers and nie seniors were also nicee! ( One of them was from the FOC senior camp one!) And of course lastly, my primary school goodfriend was also attached to the school as an allied educator :)

We even stayed back to have a basketball match together, lasted for like 2hours plus. Hahah we all looked exactly like the students there when we changed into our pe attire :D

There is always an element of surprise from the kids everyday in school! So heartwarming to be liked by the students.

One of the female students gave me three sweets knowing it's my last day there in school and said it stands for i love you. And the most touching thing is that she is the rebellious kind, saw her scolding and arguing with the form teacher few days ago and thought she will be damn problematic for me when I teach. In the end, she shares her favourite sweets with me and ya there's really a good side in every child.

Oh ya, she gave me a flying kiss when she saw me along the corridor. She tell me what are the food that are nice in the canteen and make me order them :D So sweet righhtt!

And there's this another guy also damn problematic, always never bring books and never pay attention kind. I taught him some basic concepts only la and he was like damn appreciative. Hehehe he said I am a good teacher :) and he always wave to me when he saw me in school!

Lastly, there's really this sense of satisfaction when I try to teach something and I received the enlightened and grateful face of the student. There's this student who praised me saying that my chemistry is very good :p

Overall, so glad that the students like me! I was asked by the hod to teach the sec4 normal stream class, one of the more difficult class to deal with in terms of class discipline. But so glad the students gave me face literally, they did as I said and never really gl me. It was fun teaching them.

Sad about leaving because of the friendships I have make with my collegues and also the students :/

Yups I strongly believe the best way to deal with rebellious kids is to win them over, be their friends,reason with them and talk to them nicely. Never scream and shout in front of their face.

Enough about attachments..

Sentosa yesterday with awesome people! :D It was a fierce fight and now muscles aching like hell.

Life has been soo busy! Been enjoying my holidays to the fullest and enjoying the busy rush without studying. Took up tuition, driving and some ad-hoc events. Through this holiday, I concluded that I am really not the studying kind :/ Ahah I played soo much harder than I studied.

Having my two weeks of attachments in primary and secondary school respectively. Somehow quite glad I got the two schools. Schools have been very welcoming, plan alot for us and helped us settle down fast. Collegues, seniors and fellow trainees were all nicee people!

And especially in secondary school, it's so heartwarming to hear students say: "wah cher, your chemistry very good leh! I understand now! " Seeing students being enlightened by me when I explained chemistry concepts to them is super fulfilling.

It's not going to be easy but it's going to be worth it. That's what I learnt from CCHR. It's the calling to teach.

Seeing how the experienced and proficient teachers teachthe kids in front of the class, I can't wait to hurry finish my 4 terribly long years of studying and start teaching soon! :D

Been busy max, busy in a happy way though :D The hectic-ness is even more fulfilling than those in school kind.

Had Father's day dinner @ Concorde Hotel! Yum love the lobsters and crabs :D I didn't dare eat the oysters, it looked damn disgusting to me.

Did I mentioned the previous two weeks were like a whirlwind of activities? Finally I got to rest at home! Feeling abit apathetic because I decided to stay at home since I am so broke :( Even if I do not buy anything when I'm outside, I am practically topping up my transport fare every alternate days :C

Went for several interviews but got me no immediate jobs. Some immediate jobs were like in changi which is totally -.-" for me!

I hope the sports promoter one pull through!

And last week roadshow event @ Raffles Exchange was fun in a way! Promoting passioncard and get to work with my girls in Nie i.e. Christine and Renee. There wasn't any sort of promoting, people flocked to us since the registration fee is pretty affordable and comes with a freebie bag worth $60? Most people signed up for the freebies anyway. There was a large crowd and it was hard for us to manage during the lunch hour craze,but luckily most of the working classes were pretty nice people and understood the situations. Only one in particular was so uncivilised, giving us slight problems, but we can't be bothered with her anyway.

Fuck I think at some point I screamed the loudest when ivon tried to pull me when he's falling and gh keep pushing me! The feeling of falling down or losing balances is worse than committing suicide lol!

I needa this rest today!

My throat is killing me, like thousands of razor blades slitting down:( For me, fever always come soon after my sore throat! Tell myself I will not leave house today and it's actually pretty good to slack at home using com. I haven't had a good rest ever since I came back from BKK, it only got more havoc! Been sleeping at unearthly hours and more than 2 weeks I haven't had homecooked meals already, no wonder I'm falling sick! I tend to eat those rubbish food outside :p

Outing with Lydia and her bf :) They are both very nice people and I envy their 4 years and still going strong relationship! Went Bugis to play pool with them, both of them very good! (tsktsk not like ivon! haha)

Thereafter we went Mount Faber to see the top view! Very nice view from top and it's my first time there :D Then we called Renee down suddenly and went to Admiralty to have mac for supper!

Sigh I have ultra fat cheeks! I wan skinny cheeks la! I didn't used to have suchhhhh fat cheeks until I joined ITE and worked there k! The canteen in ite forever selling deep fried stuffs one, their chinese rice has all fried stuffs as sides one, they didn't have such things like fried food day only on wednesday kind of thing lo! My boss also always getting me tea breaks and all :(

Also went for a 2 day malaysia trip, on two consective days one with Ivon and one with my aunties mummy and daddy.

It was Ivon's maiden trip to JB lo! Having being there the umpteen times, I brought him and literally dragged him there!

Had Kenny Rogers there! It's damn cheap there leh! 49.8 RM is equivalent to 20.5SGD for two main courses and one ice carmel machiatto. The main course allows you to choose 4 side dishes leh!

HELLO! Back from Bangkok! Really glad we were all safe and sound, and nothing really bad happened to us in a sense. But the way the people drive there can be quite reckless.

My many first time! My first overseas trip with friends. My first trip to BKK. My first time taking Budget airlines. My first Thai whole body massage experiences. Thai-girl show there, an eye-opener cos females perform using their female organs to open bottle caps and other dangerous stunts. It looked scary and gruesome at some point during their performance.

HEHEHE MY LOOTS BACK :D Like 9 of which were guys' clothes lo!

I must say the food @ their food court all look terrible and tasted weirdddd!

We went Jatuchuk, it's damn big like a maze there! Yups also damn hot there! Cheaper stuffs there compared to MBK and Platinum Mall.

Sharing Pleated Maxi Skirt because maxi skirt is a staple need for girls' wardrobes. A must have because they are so versatile (wear it as a tube dress or maxi skirt), so easy to match with almost anything and can be worn all year round!

I love wearing long maxi skirts it makes me feel demure :D And it's so convenient because I can just slipped into them and dont have to waste time ironing them before leaving home!

AND SO..

I do actually owned quite a few maxi skirt. I like this in particular, mustard pleated maxi skirt.

Next's up is Maths Survival Course, another three more lessons to go. My brain is so not functioning well, still in the holiday mood!

Though I have had said this many many times, I must still say that I am really grateful for all that I have in my life now. I guessed my biggest takeaways from this meranti is learning how to be appreciative?

And so I was sharing the person who impacted me most was my former boss from ite. I msg him yesterday and thank him for all the guidances he has provided me during my stay in ite and thank him for being more like a friend rather than an authoritarian boss which many were in ite. Seriously, I would have given up the job long ago if without him. He roped me in as a helper in many of the major events in school, indeed many of which he didn't really need me there but still he just wanted me to learn more things, experience it myself and have an eye-opener.

I was quite sad ytd to know that he will be leaving his job scope soon due to some family committments, it's such a pity :(

Ya no doubt that I dreamt to be a teacher when I was young, always imitating the teacher etc, but as I grew up teaching was REALLY never something I would consider myself to be in. So full of hopes to get into other "greater" courses but was so utterly sad and disappointed with myself when I got into nie eventually. Surprisingly my boss was the one to notice my disappointments, he consoled me like almost everyday and shared his experiences as a chemistry teacher.

I dont know if it's predestined for me to be a chemistry teacher or what, in my almost 20 years of life the most inspiring teachers I had and the teachers I love the most were my chemistry teachers. I love my external chemistry mentor, love my secondary and jc chem teachers most. Miraclously, my boss was also a former jc chemistry teacher :D I guessed chemistry teachers impacted me most in my life and so I hope to be an awesome chemistry teacher! :D :D

Back from the Senior's Camp and I realised I bid goodbye to life as a freshie.

Soo glad I went for the camp in the end after hesitating for a few days. One thing for sure, the freshies this year are so lucky, their camps are going to be so much better than the one I had when I was a freshie :)

I guessed my team bonded quite well. It was alot better than I thought.

People who don't know me have the dao impression of me which I am pretty used to it. I just dont bother initiating talks with people I aint close with unless deemed necessary. I am pretty shy with strangers and I supposed I have longer warm-up time than others. That's just so me. But once I know the person well enough, hahaha shy is soo not a word for me :D :D

Trial and error for many of the station games. Witnessed a guy slipped and fell onto the hard ground with the head down first, it's pretty dangerous and we all had a big shock. Lucky nothing's too serious! But still safely first. I had several cuts too, and thankfully my teammate sterilised my wounds with alcohol swaps for me, it was damn painful! HAHAHA I screamed and grabbed my poor teammates' hand so tightly.

I guessed most of it were getting suntanned,getting wet thereafter, and then bathe.

Fright night was fun! Glad I was teamed with a girl, only to realised later she's my senior in jc when I saw her wearing the jc tshirt. She's damn brave, we held hands together and it kind of allay my fears. Hahaha bet the ghosts were exasperated by our stupidity, some of which they repeated many times and we didnt know what they wanted.

Ironically to think of it, I actually do miss jc life. I miss the fun parts of it, miss doing many things out of studying. Ok used to lament so much during jc life about how rigorous, stressed and fuck up the school's system was, but still there are pretty things memorable enough :)

Batam was so much fun, shopping and doing voluntary work. Kota tinggi camp was certainly one of most memorable camps ever, had our sweat, pain and tears. Almost thought we couldnt make it out of the forest, remembered the starry sky above the forest were our only hope. Bio lesson ALWAYS kanna suan, I was being suan for short skirt and look ah lian with many earstuds. Hahaha some suan for stupidity and some even worse.

Side gate was locked during a certain period , main gate was stupidly at the "ulu ulu area", basically had to take a long route, so we climbed the fence and jumped out! Teacher blow whistle at us and we all hastily climb the fence and ran away.

Pe lesson was like military trainings, do all kinds of exercises and learn different kinds of sports.

Jc life was too much for us to take at that point of time, everyday lesson till 7pm. Relieved to have endure it all and past that stage.

Ok I supposed what doesn't kill makes us stronger!

The weather's such a bitch lately. Cut my hair short and did straightening for my hair all on a random occassion. Totally cant stand the thick and messy hair, permed hair is so hard to manage! The frizz refuses to go away despite spamming shampoos for curly hair, conditioners, hair mask, hair moisturers etc.

I am totally craving for sashimi at this instant! Esp sashimi at Sun with Moon! Sashimi lover ftw! Cos the sashimi are mad fresh and different from the ones I have eaten before, one of the best sashimi I have eaten so far :D

Happy New Year people!

How time flies! Kaboom, ending of 2010 and proceeding to a brand new year of 2011. It's like a dream, the next minute you are awake. Still in a denial state about how fast 2010 went by, of all years in my life, year 2010 is gonna be my most memorable years!

Looking back, 2010 has been pretty kind to me. Got to work in a nice place despite all my frequent grumbles and all, got to experience school life as a staff, got to know really nice plump boss that always treats me to lots of food, miss those breakfast, high teas started by us, lunch and sometimes even dinner with my aunties and little sister colleague.

My boss gave me many useful advises with concerns to my work, my school admissions, choice of study, rehearse interviews with me, asking me to try appealing and even consoling me when I was not given my first choice of course ( he sensed that I was disappointed). Occasionally he tested me on my jc chem knowledge over lunch.

Must say, God has been pretty kind to me in 2010, granted me a nice job that suited me, got to know my boss who gave me so much support during my nine months stay there. He make my tenure at ite so much more enjoyable and memorable, cos there's someone who talks to me and one doesnt mind eating with his subordinate. Furthermore, being in such a large organisation, there are bound to be lots of political but I am pretty sure I was well taken care of under his care and guidance. I am probably singing too much praises of him but he is indeed someone too significant in my 2010 worth mentioning about over and over again.

P.S he's a ex-chem teacher of some school previously. I aspired to be great Chem teacher in future cos most of the teachers that impacted me greatly were my Chem teachers!

In year 2010, I also got to know Ivon (:

Felt really blessed in 2010 by all the things that were fated to be, hope 2011 can be just as good!

The greatest part of 2010 was that there were so much events happenings; partying, started working, job stress, leaving the job, started studying all over again, exam stress, and partying again!

On a side note, it's been more than a year since you were abruptly gone from us. We miss you dearly and I know you will be watching over us from above.

Spent my new year eve at Clark Quay counting down! It was damn crowed and all. Pubs clubs all packed like shit. Saw fireworks! Hope it was a great start (:

Ate Sun and Moon Jap Res. OMG the sashimi was damn nicee! Sashimi always tasted the same to me at many different places ( though also nice) but the sashimi at Sun and Moon indeed tasted differently and heavenly! I felt like going there again!

Hoho Hello! I realised I havent been blogging for quite some time. This goes to show how busy I've been ever since school started. Work's been piling up, wouldn't dare complain about my timetable; ending school on an average at 330 everyday is considered quite good to those times two years back!

Why am I here TODAY?

Submission of 2000 word essay finally done and over & done with the project presentation, you have no idea how EXTREMELY happy I felt! It's too mind-boggling and time-hogging, seriously. My cute group mates literally jump around with joy after the lesson. I know i gonna screwed up the essay already. But it still feels so great; I meant awesome. Though it's not as if there's not going to be any more modules with presentations etc, but at least for the time being I felt better.
I am not a "project" person, which is probably why I choose jc track!

Going to give myself a little break today (:

Lab report can wait. Tutorial can wait.

Now that those mind-boggling stuff, I felt my health getting better also! Havent been in good health since one week ago, started with stomach cramp to vomitting, to continuous diahorrea for few days. Doctor said something like "Infection of the digestive system"? No appetite for almost one week.

I hope I get back my appetite or rather my craving to eat sooon!

Back from school, oh my oh my! Can't believe the nine months of holidays officially ended, suddenly at a lost. Can't believe time flies so damn fast, it's like KABOOM! and suddenly it's over!

Time to start focusing and concentrating, it's like brain clog during the three hours of lectures ( not to mention the lecturer was speaking in such a monotonous voice). I hope to get the mugger mode on soon for I feel so restless. The study environment is soo different.

Went for the NTU Welcome Ceremony, we got to wear the graduation robe to recite the student's pledge. I was typically late in the morning again and I dont understand how from woodlands to ntu amount to a bill of 29 dollars. I was literally car sick cos the way he drove was horrible.

I seriously need to have a better gadge of time and wake up earlier. I shall abolish the idea of staying in hall for this sem now cos I have come to my terms that staying halls has it's pros and cons.

Supposed to go for the second half welcome ceremony, but we couldn't catch a shutter bus on time and decided to give it a miss.

Back from TeamBonding Session, as usual Renee and I were late for it, not very late but still not on time :p Reason being we didn't know how to get to Frontier CC, follow the Gps on Iphone until we walked one damn big round!

Teambonding session was relatively short, only an half day event but they still squeeze time for station games! Got 5 station games and all the games came with a core values/moral behind it, hahaha they don't plan games for nothing! It was a larger group of 20 person, would have been more fun than the nie camp if it was an overnight camp (: The girls are niceee people too, considered lucky to be in my group. The people we make there gonna be damn important cos we have to embark on a community service project together on our own! Ya, either make it big or screw it up kind of thing, but I hope it gonna be real meaningful (:

Sighs, I wish I had more camps to attend.

Feeling very jittery about school next week. It's like so full of uncertainty,you don't know who are your tutorial mates, dont know where the locations are either. A brand new environment with new faces everywhere, the changing phase into adulthood ( not to mention I'm turning 19 soon) is abit hard to swallow. I felt old now! Ok, I admit I am rather receptive to changes. I like the present!

Feel terrible to be sick :( But still enjoyed the catch up with Spiderman ytd @ Marina Square. Today is the day I shall be a good girl and nua at home.

It feels good to be jobless! At least I can sleep until I wake up naturally, don't have to drag myself out of my bed early in the morning. I'm sorry but I have got real hang-up about the waking up early part.

Oh, I realised after leaving my job, I haven't really mention how I felt about the job. I actually had mixed feelings about leaving the job, the job which I persisted for eight months. Happy that I got back my freedom in a sense; sad I gonna part with the XiBao Family. Hoho, I started my job in mid December, all the way till mid August. From all my collegues came accolades about my unwavering determination, they had initially thought I wouldn't be able to hang on for long but apparently I had proven them wrong.

Ok, the initial six months of my work was really bad. Bad in the sense that I had a trying collegue to deal with. She's of mid-age but apparently she pushed and shoved all her dirty jobs to me. Being the youngest and of lowest ranks that, I had no rights to reject but to help her with practically EVERYTHING, which at times makes me wonder what the hell she has been doing and so occupied with. She's mean! Ok, I believe in karma and so I shall not badmouth about her anymore too. It's all in the past now and I am so glad I had nothing more to do with her after we shifted campus to the New CCK. She's positioned in Level 2, while I'm in Level 3. Mind you,there are a total of 8 storeys high of admin office in the campus itself.

I basically struggled through the first six months at AMK, so many times I wanted to leave but was stopped by my big boss. But I always pour all my grievances out to Ivon (poor him!) , his positive thinking will always save my day! (:

After the first six months, all the different campus shifted to one main area. A complete new working environment, more collegues whom we never worked with before, more politics too, but apparently work got better.

Work got better with the joining of Xi Bao, Xi Bao Ge and Xi Bao Ma. They're like my godsister, godmum and ya my boss. Gonna miss Xi Bao Family, miss all the hanky panky stuffs and all the eating, eating and more eating! Whenever Xi Bao and I disappears from our desks, you jolly know where to find us! Places like shop&save, each-a-cup, 7-11, cafeteria in the school are our hangouts. Gonna miss all the Swensen, Jack's Place lunch then rush to cab back to office and quietly sneak back into office when we are late back from lunch. Yeah, time past faster with them around~

Which brings me to my next point...

My experience with the organisation has been very rewarding. I appreciate having had the opportunity to work for such a big organisation, having being a staff there despite being at a tender age (most of the students itself are much older than I am, and it's awesomee~) I have enjoyed my tenure with the school.

I appreciate both the professional and personal growth opportunities that have been provided to me during my time with the school, particularly through my involvement in many major events in schools like the School Graduation Ceremony, Student Motivation Talk, Smoking Cessation Programme, Foreign Student Dialogue with the Principle, temperature taking exercise and the school 5 to one Run performance etc. I have learnt many things, and indeed it was an eye-opener.

I would like to thank Darius Oh in particular for all your advice and support with my school admission stuffs. Always encouraging me to go appeal, asking me to look at things from different perspectives and make the best with what i was given. He ALWAYS poses me challenges and make me overcome it myself; he said he was stretching my potential and ability which indeed was true because he always rope me into major events to assist me one way or another. Seriously, my work would not have been filled with so much experiences if Darius Oh had not been my boss.

I am certain he is one of the best boss around who dont mind hanging out with his subordinates.

The amount of gratitudes to these 3 people who make my stay there so memorable, is beyond words. I love them to bits! Despite how much I used to lament about this job, I must still thank God for giving me this job. It seems predestined that I will hanging around the education sector for another ten years...

Went to Wasabi Tei at Far East on Sat night (: I like the place. Though the eating place is small and sometimes the wait is almost unbearable, it is a homely eating place with homelike atmosphere (: Ordered salmon with rice, raw sashimi, chanwanmushi and miso soup and some sushi. Their sashimi are like damn fresh :D I love the green tea too. No service charge and GST!

Also went for some japanese steamboat like food in ION Orchard. WE ARE CARNIVORES (:
The eating style is that, we have to cook the meat first then dipped the cooked meat into the egg mixture. Okay, probably not our cup of tea cos we didnt really like it alot.

Sun, went Upper Thomas to eat to Ming's Minced meat noodles. Main thing was me ivon chad and gf (: Then went for some icecream near Sin Ming.
Watched the Stool Pigeon too. Alot of killings!

We are future awesome teacher-to-be! @ the Teacher's Compass Ceremony. We literally got a golden compass, which is why it's called a Compass Ceremony?? Haha

There was alot of talks going on during the ceremony and having ate a plate of chicken rice just before the ceremony started, I actually doze off while the talk was going on!

Surprisingly, being a formal office wear theme, alot people wore flats. Renee and I were like the only ones who wore inches high heels and the shoes were like killing us after we finished our shopping.

Supposed to look for really nicee and cutee stationery to keep us happy and awake during lectures, but we ended up buying some geek chic spectacles! WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT WEARING TO SCHOOL TOGETHER! SO COOL (:

Timetable is out! Overall I am still quite happy with this timetable.It's really so much better than I had expected. I thought they would fully "utilise" us since we were being paid monthly. But well, if you compared it to those in JC ones, this is really shiok! I end lessons on an average at 230pm, with the exception of Friday 630pm. Friday it's okay, well at least I can wait for ivon to book out (:

JC timetable ends lesson at like 7pm almost everyday, with the exception of Friday. They will be really really mean if they make us stay back till 7pm on Friday!

I seriously don't like Tuesday Class! Make me wake up at 830, dash to get out of house and then squeeze in the ultra packed morning train JUST for one lecture and then go home! zzz

I don't like Friday, no makan time! Lectures all the way. Needa sneak in food to keep me awake!

BUT I am soo glad Monday is not very intense, at least I can sleep till I decide to wake up. I always have Monday Blues!
Friday is always the chill day :D

So full of ups and downs this few days, but phew I am glad it's all over. I AM AN IDIOT, like seriously. Due to oversights on my part, I had a wrong submission for my academic subjects. Reason me being idiotic is that I only realised my mistakes at a much later part.

Partly because of that, I got scolded left right centre by the lady in charge of the subject allocation. Not to mentioned the words she used on me, but she was practically screaming at me through the phone.

I must have been crazy to choose Chemistry and Biology as my two teaching subjects right! Devastated when I got Biology as one of the subject. Who don't know how much I hated Biology way back in secondary school and how the hatred dive skyhigh when I got into JC. I chose Biology in JC because I really didn't had much choices and I thought I could eventually convinced myself to love Biology but I was utterly wrong. I hated cells, DNA, virus, bacterium, the bio labwork and so on!

Which bring me to my next point.

Biology is so not fun and so not my subject.

And how I came to love Chemistry so much was purely because of a mentor I met during my secondary school times.

He was my secondary chemistry tuition teacher, a confident man full of wisdom. He believes in making chemistry simple and learning easy, so full of passion in chemistry. Under him, I picked up chemistry fast and started to score better in it.

Learning chemistry is never difficult under his guidances.

Nevertheless, not forgetting I had really nicee and helpful chemistry teachers in my secondary and JC life.

Ok, I hope I can be an awesome teacher! Maybe someone like my mentor(:

Had a 0811A Class Gathering last Saturday night. Ate Ajisens and went singing at CCK newly opened KBox, Kbox is awfully expensive being on a weekend night! We got the biggest rooms cos we had like 16 people I supposed in it? Surprisingly, more than half the class came! Superd nice rooms with touch screen control!

I hated Ajisens of all ramens, there are really better ramens out there (:

I really do miss JC life despite the fact that I always always always grumble about how sucky JC life is and how it sucks thumb ( people around me will know how grumpy I am about JC life). The studying regime is seriously hell but still there are parts of it worth to reminiscence about.

I have to admit I miss how crappy 0811A was. and how we would rush and copy each other’s homework before the ever-so-annoying banjo music each morning. and how the 11series girls would auto unfold their skirts to a horrible length during assembly. and how the skirt will eventually shorten by few inches after the morning assembly.

If you love ramen ( though I'm not one of those ramen lovers), go try the one at Clark Quaye The Central Level 3 I think. I forgot this particular restaurant's name but I recognised it; it's NICEEE! Anyway the whole of level 3 has a couple of good ramen restaurants, should go try them all :D

Orchard Ion also has one nice ramen restaurant (:

Must try the pork cha siu, HEAVENLY! Not a cha siu lover, but practically fell in love with it. One serving is damn small, ended up ordering two plates!

Yeahh I am back from the freshmen orientiation camp! I need my beauty sleep nevertheless, despite the fact that my groupie actually had the luxury of sleeping longer hours than others. We missed our confident night walk since it's too late.

This camp was one of the very fantastic or very exciting one but more of interacing with others, knowing more other people and finding out about the course. Felt more at ease after having talks with the really nicee ogl. My groupies only comprises of nine people which is pretty small for a group, in the end we all managed to talk to everyone in the group. Our group was not the chiong sau type, we Ht ht all the way (: They are nicee people.

Went clarke quay on a late night, i seriously didnt like the atmosphere there.

I gonna miss uniforms when school starts.

I got so lazy on Tuesday, supposed to go to work but just couldn't convinced myself mentally and physically to get up from the bed to go to work.

Sometimes the thought of going to work just turns me off, it's so terribly hard to wake up at 7am. Heavy sleeper ): How to survive waking up at 6am when school starts!!

NTU talk today, Renee and I were fucking late. Took a cab there and the cabby was damn fierce! Was like asking us where in ntu we wanna alight, keep saying ntu very big better know our location. We said we didnt know where in ntu and he got really agitated, keep scolding us on the cab! Really bad services, isn't it obvious that we are taking your cab because we are late and we dont know where the place is?

Not our day for me and Renee, everywhere we go, we met fierce people who seemed easily annoyed. Ordered drinks, the auntie was utterly disturbed when we change from one cup to three cups.Raised her voice at us when we gave her short of 10cents.

Went shopping with Van & Renee. Simply couldn't resist the luring temptation at Artbox, so nicee!! Going to get myself a really cute pencil case, file and schedule planner there for school to motivate myself in school! I remembered I once had pencil that come with a bowl of noodle on top of it!

I promise to get a cashbox planner when school starting soon, i needa keep track of all expenditure. Shall embark on my big S plan when school starts.

It's really amazing how much I tried to shrimp this month and still not like enough money to meet ends. I only bought two tops this month can, pathetic enough. Already gave 100 dollars to nie and think money went to the Melaka trip also.

Anyway, now that I heard about my course, it's really not very slack like what I thought to be. Bored and not very fun ): Very intense also, ya afterall we're paid with not a small sum.

No shorts, no slippers, no sleeveless to maintain the professional and ethnics as an employee! Yes probably need to start hunting for those blouse with paddings at the shoulder, big round buttons ( most comfortable for aunties).

Camp, I hope i will be able to make some really nice friends! Afterall, I am not very extrovert. I dont look shy, but I am shy!

My heart froze that moment, indeed a close shave; I doubt I could ever forget it.

Got home before night falls to rest, needa pack up my feelings for tmr's work. Going work tmr is final, no more excuses.

Finally finished the health medical checkup and phototaking ytd together with Renee. Supposed to have the checkup long before that, but due to unexpected circumstances we missed it! Lots of obstacles faced ytd la, anyway I was REALLY careless. Forgot to bring my wallet out, only realised until I reached Bugis.

After that, we went shopping!

Went on a short Melaka trip. Some random pictures below. Lots of sight-seeing, shopping and eating. Ate Perankan food there too.

Went some japan street hawker food court to eat,the jap baked rice and sphagetti tasted like omfg. The $3.50 meal consisting of chicken soup and garlic bread tasted much better instead! Practically chatted non-stop for the night! Despite taking different routes in life, it's REALLY amazing how much we have to talk about, how much stuffs we share with each other (:

Lately good things have been happening! Know what, on a bored evening after my work, decided to loiter around at cwp and ended up seeing MJ there, my secondary one partner!In the end, we decided to walk around, very high and did alot of bitchings! It's sooo cool!

I really admire how confident she always is and how out-going she is. She did well for her 'A's and is going overseas to venture on her studies too, really happy for her. Omg, I love sitting next to her during my secondary one times with her. We shared our eye-candies and our top secrets. Ya and we've all grown up...

Omg now with friend in work place; going fat with all the breakfast, lunch, and teabreak in school. Roti prata, waffle with icecream, fried chicken, bubble tea, pizza, dim sum, kuey are among our choices for teabreak.

Another good thing, I saw my secondary senior few days back. A very encouraging senior then, one whom I would confide in.

Been meeting longlost friends lately huh!

Our lunch with my boss today was duck rice, with D24 durians and mangosteens. So weird right! lol

Anyway I really love going shopping alone after work, go to all the different shops and try on clothes! Clothes trying but never buy. I make a promise myself I must not buy anything until the end of this month. I ALMOST broke the promises today during one of the clothes trying.

On another side note, REALLY cannot stand those kids in the institute i working in. No discipline at all, practically all kinds of tops/skirts/shoes/pant/hair la. Very disgusted by those people.

Recently, some crazy indian guy came to make trouble at our office, scare the daylight out of us when he managed to came into the highly secured office. Our life in danger.

I HATE WORKING, getting depressed all over again on Sunday night. Monday Blues! ): It's not like I don't want to leave the fucking place but I am being forced to stay there until effectively 13 August. Boss refuses to let me leave after I tendered resignation for two times. I kept staring at the calender, oh god 13 August is still one month away. It's a matter of physically being there, but heart and soul long flew somewhere else.

While it's so hard for people to find/get a job, it's so hard for me to quit my job.

My one week block leave isn't enough, especially when this one week had been a whirlwind of activities! Arcade at Iluma is different and fun, love it! Settlers Cafe; really a place that keeps you focus and shoos your worries and troubles away :D Sentosa Underwater World; really a damn expensive place to go to. Kbox is cheaper than partyworld by $7 during weekdays from 2pm onwards. Filmgarde at Iluma is recommended.

Going Melacca next Saturday.

Camp on 6 August, suddenly I am excited about camp again! Actually I cant wait for school to start. Seriously, I rather study than to work.

Too much money spent on cabbing this month, gonna start loving mrts and buses.

Too much steak, too much italian restaurant, too much japanese buffet style and too much dian xiao er. Soup restaurant on the list too. Gonna start loving hawker centres and food courts too. But I can DIE eating in non air-conditioned places!

I swear I gonna get a car of my own within ten years, not like my brother will lend me his car. He will practically die without his car ):

Served by some mentally retarded waiter causing us to be mentally retarded as well! Anyway, the food turned out nicee and most importantly it's god damn cheap for a steak executive set dinner. I'm loving it :D

Today I just make the most important decision in my life ; to sign on those dotted lines under my brother and auntie's witness and say " I do".

Photoshoot on Monday. Damn tiring and ended quite late. So glad my brother came and drove us all home (: Lighten my mood up alot, you know it's really irritating being home late, getting onto a super packed mrt, carrying heavy bags and getting shoved around in the mrt. I hated that.

I am still not so independent afterall.

This few weeks, Lady Luck haven't been on my side huh! Oh great, I need a new camera now, plus lost my phone charger and brand new battery come in the packaging.

The Lg lollipop phone I have been eyeing on for some time can jolly well be put on hold la. I know nothing fantastic about the phone in terms of functions etc, but I just wanna a button phone with together with my touchscreen phone lately.

One lollipop phone and camera can jolly well wipe out my half month pay, so pathetic ):

Hello there, not been blogging for some time. Been really busy, I belong to the working class! 830 to 6pm every weekday, getting home around 9pm, sleeping at 10plus and waking up to see the whole routine repeating again ):

My boss encourages me to blog, says it's good to keep track of events that happened.

Catch up with my other two best friends in pri school. We were same home tuition mates in pri school. Surprisingly, three of us were never really in the same class before but still...

It's heartwarming and really nicee to talk about everything under the sun like who we had crushes back then, gossiped about how people were so on and forth. I mean it's really nicee to meet up with people whom once you were so closed with and had so much joy with. It's kinda rare too, I mean who do still meet up with their primary school bestfriends not in the same secondary & junior college school now right. Not much I supposed.

Looking back at old photos and thinking how much things have changed. A sudden nostalgia for those primary school days. I like it when we were still young; a wistful desire to return to those simple yet happy days. We used to get really happy running around playing catching or playing hopscotch. What about now? What are the things that could really make us glee with delight?? We valued our self worth by the number of 'A's we got in out ALevels? Or whether we got into local university? And if you do get into a local uni, what uni are we looking at? Some unheard private uni or NUS? Following which would be the big hoo ha created in getting into NUS. Some glee with victory, others wept in silence.

Also, those money talks.

Tsk enough of all this, beginning to sound like a melodramatic writing.

I like my ITE job in a way, gave me ample opportunity to learn and had been eye-opening in a way. I dont just learn about data entry, photocopying etc but also event management, being in charge of a project, running a program, organising and the processes behind every financial applications.

But lately, I felt that I needed a break from ITE. Intending to leave that job scope soon, though at times I cant wait to leave that hell place with immediate effects from some particular bullies, but a very small part of me can't bear to leave that place.

Taught a kid with learning disability, drop dead on the floor and fainted. I am sorry I dont have such undying patience with kids. Kid who can blabber on and on while I not being able to comprehend anything he said.

Jap Buffet this weekend!

We are shifting house tmr to CCK, or rather the admin office is shifting first, not everyone is shifting. The midst of packing is very tiring, these few days especially. I felt like a slave literally, this collegue of mine whom I hated silently is damn evil! Make me help her tape dont know how many boxes for her, help her put her stuffs and help her label. Each box is so heavy that I can hardly move them and she just refuses to help! IT'S HER STUFF RIGHT, WHY AM I DOING ALL THAT FOR HER AND SHE SHOULD BLOODY HELL COME HELP RIGHT.

Okay not all people are evil, most of my collegues treat me nicee like a little girl except this evil middle aged lady! BYE I hope I am not under you again in new campus or i quit.

I hope I can quit soon, slacking and rotting at home isn't something I would chafe at. It seems like a good idea in fact! Promised myself an overseas trip with my parents before school starts ( if there is any HAHAH).

Omg I took LRT for the first time in my 19 years of life. LRT is certainly not worth mentioning, but the fact that I took it for the first time the LRT got stucked for half an hour at one stop and no one know the rationale is absurd. The platform is so small, I cant believe in time to come with all the 7000 students how the hell we are going to get to school and work. One day someone will get pushed down into the tracks!

Went to the new cck site and temporary future workplace, omg office damn nicee. Amk office is like market place la. Today is damn nicee, big big boss treats us to sakae sushi and Collegues treat us to pizza hut for dinner. BB people are so nicee! HAHAHA I dont like my amk collegues, being forced to work with her. Sorry to say, but she sucks.

Never took mrt before

Hello my two years old blog! I can't bear to leave you; afterall you kept track of all my happy and sad moments and you kept me well-entertained for two years. HAHAHS Happy 2 years anniversary to you.

I love brownies! (: And somewhere this week my boss and collegues bought me to bukit batok to eat some zi char, the claypot "san bei ji" wine chicken i supposed they called it is damn nicee!! Anyway, my boss was damn nicee, he gave me his share of food fearing that I do not eat enough when I already ate alot. Ok I think the nicest thing about my job was knowing my boss! He teaches me alot of life skills and I learnt alot from him.

Oh ya dinner treat at Sizzlers in Toa Payoh. I like the salad bar there! For the first time I could talk so much to people not my age.

Nie interview was very weird, couldn't effectively answered their questions. Appeal, appeal, appeal, please accept accept accept.

Retail Therapy with Val @ Town, then to Bugis. Accompany her to the very high end skin clinic, cost a bomb for a few bottles of cleansing etc. Very high end indeed. The clinic is so white, even the staffs are all dressed in white from head to toes. The minutes we stepped into the clinic, it feels like we've entered paradise or virtue world. SO WHITE! Walked around town and decide we are too poor for those high end stuffs, went to Bugis instead! Her debit card got ate up by the machine, yes we were like what the hell,us of all people withdrawing money there. Bugis of all places so big yet so fucking difficult to find atm machines.

I like Jay Chou! He's very talented.

Watched Sex & the City, not as great as the first one. Watched Once a Gangster too, i felt was a very lame show.

Omg Paris International Buffet on weekends with Sw, NICEEE! ALOT OF FOOD THERE, approxi 50 dollars per person. I ate so much until it's totally worth the money (: Guilty stricken, I have gone fat la!

COUGH COUGH, I am sick! Wait, I felt dizzy, sore throat, feel hot and cold, flu. 2 days MC staying at home the whole two day. It doesn't feel that bad, afterall I only stay at home the whole day when I am sick. Time past by very fast when you are slacking. BELIEVE ME!

Ever since I started working, I fell sick like every month. Collegues might be thinking I am trying to fake illness, but who cares! I AM REALLY SICK. My health more important or the meagre pay more important!

Anyway,the first time I ate sticky rice was with Kim! The red duck curry with lychees and grapes she ordered was like scam money one la! Weird combinations also right. Not recommended to go eat there. We decided to go there cos it's dinner time, and being in a rush we decided to go into one with no crowds, no waiting time restaurant. HAHAH

Now that he's back, why do I feel that he is infringing on my privacy and personal space.

Night out @ The Helix Bridge with Ivon Ng. It's so convenient with circle line! Seriously alot people were there at the Bridge. Alot people don't sleep at night huh! Night life in the city is very vibrant. Beautiful nightviews, nice weather but still ended up sweaty like nobody business.

Ate Suki sushi with wh! Very funny and laughing our hearts out because we both had strange encounters with weird ite students. Haha I think we laughed until so loud till people are looking at us. I always enjoyed my time with her, it has never changed even after 10 years despite not being able to catch up as much as we can C: We calculated the time we've known each other, yes when we were 9 years old till now, ten years and we are still in contact! It's really amazing how time flies! Yes those teletubbies, pikachu stuffs we like then really cracked us up! I remembered I like to go to her house to play with the pikachu soft toy, and guessed how, SHE IS STILL KEEPING IT TILL NOW! The pikachu is 10 years old already, omg.

Haha just now while I was rummaging through my room, I found this box with all my neoprints. Ok the funniest neoprints was still the one with sophia tan in year2004, omg our hair! Yes, think people can lose appetite at the sight of it!

One good thing was that we all had drastic change. Haha what were we thinking at that time?

I love mango now! I never liked or tried mango before that, I supposed it must be because of the mango milkshake or pudding whatever they called it at White Dog cafe! The mangoes there are ultra sweet!

Yeah this week past by pretty fast (: Whee! This week out of office for student motivational talk and foreign student dialogue session. Yes, I like to do more events stuff. My boss always rope me in for such events even though he is no longer my boss now, he says he want me to be exposed to more things. I hope next week would be faster, which would most likely be since I will be out of office next week two days for their graduation ceremony. Hoho, just sit there chat chat eat eat give out certificates, pretty easy huh.

I was almost stucked in the laokokkok life ytd at dover ite, yes the laokokkok life give a sudden jolt and shoke me from one side to the other. Hang for 5 minutes, and fortunately the lift door open back to where i boarded the lift. The lift still stinks from the aftermath of the fire, which means I will probably die of suffocation inside if i was trapped inside the lift. Yes moral of the story : Never take those laokokkok and smelly ttm lift ALONE! Scary ttm!

Hahas ytd on the taxi ride to dover ite with my boss and my other female collegues, omg me and my collegues felt like jumping out of the cab totally! My boss behaving like he was drunk, talking nonsensical stuffs with the driver. He asked him whether he strikes 4d/tottos, asked him how to talk to those god-like figurines and status, asked him if his favourite and lucky colour was red because he was wearing red polo and driving red cab, asked him whether he wore red underwears, and more ridiculous stuffs. The driver even commented he was the most talkative and asked so much questions ever customer! Totally Omfg ttm! The driver gave each of us a stare when we alighted!

But well, he usually wasn't like that! Must be because of the pandanol, coke and chilli aftereffects. Scary huh, become a changed person.

Met up with cindy also! She keeps eating and eating, but she can never grow fat!
